A very poor experience with lack of personalization, dishonesty and lack of knowledge. Staff is fairly rude and opportunistic in their dealings with clients.. Do not be fooled by the first impression. Stacey is dishonest and now I am having to pay someone else to correct the mistakes made.

I do not recommend this firm. Word of caution. I hired them a few years back to do my estate planning. They did a great job. Seamless and reasonable fees and timeframe to completion. So when a year ago, I needed advise on starting a non profit, I went to them first. Took my case and reassured me they can do this. They quoted me in the ballpark to 7.5k to set up and file. She was misleading in the areas of law that she could help us with. Which means that every single penny we spent with her could have been better spent with a more appropriate attorney. We were very forthright in explaining what we needed and yet she let us hire her even though she was not truly in a position to help us. I do not recommend her as I do not believe that she is honest and upfront.

used up all the retainer and then some. I don't have anything to show for it. Dragged it along for a year and drained funds, i had to fire them. The receptionist also has an attitude . if i had known about the receptionist from the beginning, i wouldn't hav perused using them, as receptionists are the first glimpse to office's culture .
