We have had a good experience with Aveling homes. We have been progressing quickly through the build (7 months from slab down to lock up stage) and whenever we have visited site unannounced it has been well presented with good quality workmanship. We’ve had multiple inspections with very little issues and zero issues from Aveling with these being rectified. Special shout out to Breanna who has been great throughout the process, always responding efficiently and professionally with our many queries.
A big thank you to the pre construction team Dayne and Dylan. Wonderful service at every stage of the process and a big thank you to the Construction team, Danna and Jamie, for a job well done and great service. Highly recommend all team members and the company. Thank you.

Terrible customer service once you’ve signed off Our down lights were installed as par plan as per sign off after being designed by intelligent home And their not in line But rather than fix it that would cost under $500 they would rather hand over as it is Absolutely disgraceful when you consider we chose to go with a higher end builder rather than a budget one Photos to come once we are allowed inside our new home
Aveling homes was great to build with. Their attention to detail and communication is brilliant along with their quality of work! We can’t take Joseph and Danna enough for the home they have built for us! Thank you guys!
