Worst GP experience in 7 years. They are so unprofessional. Providing wrong information and then not sorting out the issue. I had to literally beg for my results.Please never attend this clinic. I had to book with another clinic.
Giving even 1 star feels too generous for this clinic. After being a loyal patient for over 10 years, I’m extremely disappointed by how unprofessional everyone has become. I never expected to be treated this way after so many years of trust. I won’t be coming back here again.
Would not return. Made an appointment for my daughter as she had a cough, runny nose, vomiting and diarrhea. Waited 30 minutes to be seen only to be told by Dr Olugbenga Afilaka that it was viral (he hadn't done any checks on her at this point). I had to ask him to check her temperature and breathing. He also wasn't listening to what as I was saying as he asked me repeatedly if she was coughing and eating and drinking when I had already given him this information.
