Great experience with Avel! As a first-time homebuyer, Avel was thorough about the whole process from start to closing and very patient with ALLLLLL of our questions. He has a resource of team referrals as well which helped make the process more seamless and not so lost and intimidating. Avel was encouraging, transparent, professional, engaging, non-judgemental and proactive. We really appreciated these traits about him. We found him through Instagram and honestly he's a true gem of a find, and highly recommend him!

As a first time homebuyer with little knowledge of the process of buying in NYC, we were so intimidated by the prospect of home ownership. We found Avel on instagram, and from the very beginning he explained everything to us and answered all of our questions (and we had a TON). He was so hands on in assisting us with the tough coop application process. I couldn’t imagine doing it without him. He was honest, transparent, and reasonable about everything.
