The doctor who helped me was very personable and professional. I was referred to this location despite not having sleep apnea, but the doctor still went above and beyond to find out what kind of treatment is needed.
I was so scared and nervous learning of my diagnosis of Obsturctive Sleep Apnea. The team at Aveiro made me feel calm and normal and not judged in the least. Raquelle followed up with my treatment for months after receiving my machine and always answered all of my questions and found solutions for them. She even went above and beyond by arranging to have Uber deliver a home oxygen monitor to me, as well as back to them, because i am disabled and on a disability income and could not afford all the Uber rides myself. Worst customer service. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for a call back to determine wait time for a 30 day CPAP trial, as recommended by the Foothills Hospital Sleep Clinic. After calling for an update it seems I am getting nowhere. I have now been promised 2 more callbacks, and no response. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
