I strongly do NOT RECOMMEND this business. Especially when you need assistance with their product. I've been very sick and unable to physically go to aveiro office. My cpap seemed to be different as if it wasn't set the same. It had a number of hospital stays with me. In October 2024 I had called to see if it could be looked at. Then it started turning off and suffocating me. I called a number of times to make some kind of arrangement for HELP but they don't answer their phones, I've never seen a business that does this. I was referred to Aveiro Sleep Clinic by my doctor for sleep apnea, and my experience was very pleasant. Elisha, who was dressed as a dragon for Halloween, made the visit enjoyable and informative. She was very polite and thorough, showing me how to use the machine and put on my mask with clear explanations. Her kindness and professionalism made a big difference. Highly recommend Aveiro Sleep Clinic!
