While I was looking for a CPAP machine, I had many long conversations regarding insurance and claims with Aveiro Clinic. Throughout the process, Garima was extremely kind and patient, and I truly appreciate her for waiting and supporting me the whole time. Thanks to her clear and thorough explanation on how to use the machine, I am 100% satisfied. Compared to my experience at Careica, the explanations here were much more detailed and delivered with genuine understanding. I am truly happy to be a patient at this clinic.
I saw my doctor and she had recommended me for a sleep study. Aveiro called me quite quickly and the appointments were quickly booked and got to the matter immediately. They also loaned me a CPAP machine for two weeks so that I could see if I wanted to proceed with picking up my own machine. Thank you.
