Doctor was 2 hours late , which put me behind on my other appointments. Not acceptable.
I had made an telephone appointment as i am having thyroid issues. i explained i am always very hot or cold and cant sleep. Dr asked if i was have and family concerns. I said yes and Dr said i was depressed. I'm sure you cant diagnose depression with 1 question.
My husband needed a same-day appointment for a prescription. Within 2 minutes we booked an on-line appointment. The doctor was on time, the prescription was sent to the drugstore, and one hour later my husband was picking his prescription up.
