Brought my daughter here back to back summers to get layers/styles. Francesca was our stylist in 2025 but this year they told me when we scheduled that Francesca was no longer there so we would be with Kimberly. From the beginning of the appointment it was top tier service and the cut & style she got this summer was even better than last time, which I didn’t think was possible. I normally dread getting my haircut, but this salon was such a good experience and I enjoyed it so much! My stylist was Kimberlee, and she did the best haircut of my life. She was very kind, and I loved the experience. If I ever come back to Orlando again, I plan on returning!

I was so blessed to spend my birthday here with a head spa treatment and a haircut, and I can honestly say it was one of the most wonderful experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. My head spa specialist, Crystal, was incredibly kind and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience. Today i experienced the 90 minute head spa and it was glorious! Angie was so thoughtful in every detail, her touch was just perfect, and the aromas throughout were so lovely and calming. As someone who suffers migraines,this is something that I like to have regularly because it helps.
