Best team ever
Always a great experience when I visit here. Taken care of very well by the attentive and pleasant front staff, they are wonderful. Been using their products for many years now and the high quality has remained very consistent
The manager was extremely rude to my parents as they tried to return unopened bottles of shampoo! We were within the 90-day limit and were requested by the customer rep at the store we had gotten the products from to visit this Aveda branch, as the manager might be able to process an exchange as opposed to a return. She denied the exchange, which, by the way, we had zero issues with! We asked to then just return the bottles, and she was infuriated, saying my parents apparently were cheating the store!
