I’ve been shopping at Aveda for over a decade and love the moments of relaxation. I’ve visited many Aveda locations in state and out of state and the U Village location stands out to me the most. I got a chance to meet the GM Penelope and her team many years ago. She embodies stellar customer service. There is a strong foundational aspect to the Aveda products that isn’t just in a manual. Their new location in U Village is beautiful! Amanda gave me a scalp and hair care consultation, she was so lovely and helpful. I can’t wait to try my new products and samples!
