I walked in for a hair and scalp consultation. Shweta was the only one at the store at the time, but she still took the time to assist me. She was super friendly, helpful, and clearly knows her stuff when it comes to the products. Gave me great recommendations and made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable. Thanks, Shweta!

Had went into this store for the second time to buy product and had a HORRIBLE experience with the person named Karen. When I had walked in she was not answering any of my questions, acting very rudely towards me and whenever I asked her a question she would either pretend as though she had not heard me or would very quickly gave me an answer. I felt as though she did not care for me as the customer or anything. Aveda needs to reconsider who they hire as she is a horrible representation for the brand….

Went in today to purchase products and the ladies had no idea what they were doing. I ended up just leaving because of the lack of knowledge about the products and sales. I think the products are nice but I would rather buy Saje than deal with them.
