Ok I was there yesterday. I asked for thickening lotion travel size. Girl Said they are out of it. I turned back and saw there were lots of them at different shelf. She insisted me to buy bigger size and said no travel size available.

Processed return (the shampoo and conditioner no better than drugstore) and the Ivanti leave in made hair dry and crunchy. Signed me up for loyalty program and charged me $10 for that and did not refund. Not the way to keep or retain customers especially for overpriced items that don't perform
