Rachel is the new Manager at Aveda and talk about a gem. She helped us with product, called us back about a question we had and left the sweetest message. She seemed to love her job, and she was so helpful. I have always loved the Aveda employees here in Lexington but she went over and beyond. She makes you feel like she started the company herself. Love.
Love this store. Stopped in today and Jeff was a massive help and so pleasant to chat with. So great to have someone so knowledgeable to help me address questions that I have no idea where to start with!!!
Any time I stop at this location every one is so warm and welcoming, I love spending time in this store. The employees really help you customize what’s best for your body and explain everything really thoroughly without being too pushy about selling. 10/10 service from everyone here! Thanks team!!
