What a wonderful experience ! I was greeted and offered tea as soon as I walked in . I brought a friend for her birthday for complimentary facials & scalp/hair analysis . Kinda creepy seeing your scalp so close up but I learned a lot ! It came with complimentary head and neck massages as well . I was eager to purchase a few of the items used and she gave me samples of everything else used for facial & hair . Review from the Mrs - stumbled across Aveda seeking disaster recovery help. Left a salon downstairs from this location completely mortified with what they did to my hair after 2 attempts. Was heading to another place when I saw a sign that said ‘Hair & Scalp Diagnostic’ so stopped in to see if they could help. This service is way out of their offerings but they were so willing to try and what a job they did!!! No clue of the products are good but customer service at this location is top shelf for sure!!
