Always believe we should support the retail industry! Somehow I always feel cheated when I shop at Aveda store in Burlington Mall! I spent $170 and have to ASK sales associate if I get any free samples. He gave me 2 small shampoo & conditioners which is not even enough for half my hair!! This shows the associate didn’t even notice the length of my hair! Went in, walked around. Not a single employee in the store. Could see someone sitting out back on her phone, she never even looked up. I left without anything. She’s still scrolling her phone.
