Their green shampoo dries the CRAP out of my straight hair and I only use it twice a week. Even with their conditioner it frizzes up. I replaced it with a korean shampoo instead
Their products are great and the employees have the knowledge kinda stingy when it comes to samples. Great rewards system but pity the points expire and the stuff is expensive

We are paying customers we are not just coming here grabbing freebies and ditching maybe some people are just getting freebies but honest realistically: who has the time to drive to the mall start up a convo just to get some hair samples that might last us a week.
