It was my first time shopping at Aveda (Pentagon City mall); I have been receiving customer service shopping other brands, but no one like Ileen was so patient with me and carefully listened to my concerns. She took the time to ask me questions as what I changes in my hair I expect to see and explain different products. Stopped by yesterday and had a great experience. Mimi was knowledgeable and put me on a great body cleanser for chlorine.
Shout out to rep Cedric! Not only was he very patient and kind, but extremely knowledgeable of the products that I had more than several questions about. His service was above and beyond! Thank you so much for all of your help, I am a HUGE FAN of the brand 10/10 would DEFINITELY recommend!!
