Exceptional experience thanks to Gisele!!! She is a gem! I have never shopped with Aveda before and I was desperate to find a solution for my frizzy hair. Gisele was simply amazing. She was not only personable but her professionalism and knowledge was very impressive. No wonder, my hair has been so frizzy. It was my first time shopping at Aveda (Pentagon City mall); I have been receiving customer service shopping other brands, but no one like Ileen was so patient with me and carefully listened to my concerns. She took the time to ask me questions as what I changes in my hair I expect to see and explain different products.
