I went today to get my scalp solutions shampoo and I was so eager to know why my hair looks so bad. I asked the staff to know more about my hair. They have a device that shows your scalp and they determine the condition and give you based on that. I loved the service and patience of the staff. I loved it and it the experience was amazing.
I have been an Aveda member for many years. I was at the store on 3/23 in the afternoon. My parents recently sent me a generous Egift card for my birthday, but I couldn't open it when I got there. The two sales associates had no interest in helping me even though no other clients were in there and were only talking to each other. This Aveda location is by far the best I’ve been to. Christine and Illice went above and beyond to ensure that the products I purchased were most suitable for my hair type. They were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable on each of the products that they recommended! 10/10 experience Will be back soon
