I absolutely love this store! The team here is incredibly friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful. They’re so professional and always give excellent advice. I’m amazed by how natural and high-quality the products are, you can really feel the difference. I wanted to share my recent experience during my visit to your store yesterday, which was unfortunately very disappointing. I had come in for a consultation, hoping it would help me choose the right product. However, there was only one staff member present, and when I arrived, the store was empty. The staff member initially started my consultation, but as soon as another customer came in, she repeatedly left me waiting in the chair for almost an hour while attending to others. Aveda products are truly amazing. The rosemary mint soap is to die for! I also love their hair products!! And the staff at the store are so sweet and kind and helpful!! They also give samples of whatever you want to try.
The girls who all work here are all very helpful and friendly and professional. They ask relevant questions to help provide good suggestions for personal self care. Phoebe helped me figure out months ago that I would benefit from using the Scalp Solutions spray to resolve the dryness on my scalp. I've used it consistently every time after I shower and it's improved my scalp dryness by hydrating the skin after I shower.
