The girls who all work here are all very helpful and friendly and professional. They ask relevant questions to help provide good suggestions for personal self care. Phoebe helped me figure out months ago that I would benefit from using the Scalp Solutions spray to resolve the dryness on my scalp. I've used it consistently every time after I shower and it's improved my scalp dryness by hydrating the skin after I shower.
Love the products, and the atmosphere is great. One of the sales associates gave us tea, and the woman checking us out was super nice.
Worker gave us herbal tea?? Interesting experience.
Kayla Westover is the best stylist around!! Friendly, kind, and makes you feel so at home and comfortable I will be back for sure!!
I’m not the best at leaving reviews (I get lazy ), however, this one NEEDS to be done. I had the most superb experience last night at Aveda. It was about 7:45/7:55 pm almost closing time, and this lady (cannot remember her name) took her time with me. I knew exactly what I wanted and she still offered me tea, signed me up for rewards, and gave me a 2 minute neck/shoulder massage. She was humorous and kind.
