Search the phone owner should change the seller stuff. They have absolutely no respect to customers. They are doing nothing but forcing people to wait. It was my first and last step here
The staff here were very welcoming and helpful! I visited a couple of days ago, and Hoamya was the absolute best at helping me find the products I needed and guiding me through their complementary service. I learned a lot about my hair and ended up purchasing a few more products to try them out. Lila was also very friendly and patient. I’ll definitely come back for future purchases :)
Tried to return a brush I got online, never used, package still there. The sales woman argued I already used it cause there’s a hair on it ( probably come from my bag. I also have been using the same brush for years too. No reason for me to use the new brush once and return it). The sales woman is very rude and not helpful.
I bought a product last 2months ago ,and the new seller recommended the wrong shampoo I tried 2months ,but noting change and getting worse than before,I called to store and the lady she said you can come here and if it is more than half I can return it for you,and she didn’t say anything about 2months return policy.I drove there about 2hours.also my shampoo was more than half,but when I arrived she said no it’s not more than half I can’t return it ,and I told her no you can open this,but she didn’t,she was rude and she does ... read more
