I honestly had such a lovely experience at the Aveda store in Sherway Gardens! AISHA was amazing. The last time I came in, she took the time to do a hair check and gave me a few samples to try. The products were new to me, but she made me feel so comfortable, patiently explaining everything and even trying to speak my language so I could really understand how to use them.
