when they make mistakes they make you pay full price again to get whatever you had done fixed. all set with that, it's a school, you sit there for hours, to get home & see it in your light, there's a lot of mistakes. when you call back they tell you, of course come back in when she's here & she will gladly fix it for you. then you ask to make sure it won't cost anything & they tell you exactly what you paid to have it done, maybe 5$ less they aren't sure. I walked in at 3, heard the front desk attendant tell a lady that they couldn’t do her nails as they closed that service. I just came in to get my daughter a simple cut and that was also closed. It says your open till 4. For what? Poor customer service. I won’t be back.🤑
I’m a recent graduate, I was blessed to have such supportive and constructive teachers who really made my schooling something to cherish and remember for the years to come as I use my license. I loved being a student here and quite frankly felt a bit odd and bittersweet leaving after being with my class and teachers for the last 6 months. I recommend this school to anyone looking for a great education, and to anyone looking for treatments for themselves done by talented students learning their new skills.
I just had a cut and color here. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. The stylist was extremely unprofessional. She complained, talked only about herself (I now know how many siblings she has and the history of her hair styles.) She didn’t ask me any questions about my hair hygiene habits.
