RecommendedMy daughter and I go every other weekend! There is so many services they do very well at.
The instructor and students come to my place of work every so often, in uniform I might add. While they are there, they mistreat staff, talk bad about my place of work, and are so loud to the point that it’s embarrassing. I don’t come there to get my hair done because I have someone else that does it. I just thought that the company and people who read the comments should know that they do not even try to represent themselves well in public.
Aveda Institute is terrific! The students are professionally taught and supervised, you're treated like a client, and you get to take advantage of skilled students at a great price.
This place is a joke. I drove an hour to let them do my hair and after sitting in there waiting room for another hour they tell me that I can't be seen today because the girl was still on the appt before me and it had went over my appt time.
Loved having Maddi Noelle-Marie Nicolosi do my make up and hair!
Customer service is poor and I didn't feel so appreciated during the customer appreciation event .
If you want a relaxing day to your self this is a great place to go. You can get your hair, nails and pedicure done all at the same place and it is very affordable. I enjoy the relaxing tea and the aromas they give you.
