I LOVE my haircut and color and if y’all have the time you should visit the aveda institute. They’ve got some great stylists that are about to graduate.

A post from Lizzii Sotella, was on Facebook, I talked with her, and asked for an appointment this am..she read and lead me on to believe this WAS NOT going to take place. She contacts me at 630 am and says the spot is filled......VERY UNPROFESSIONAL...never have used this place...but I have seen the messages from others and will OPT out..the reviews are not VERY good....
I started bringing my tweens here so they could get the full salon experience without paying the price. Now they are both teenagers and this will be the last visit. They can’t seem to get the appts right and the quality and appearance of the students has went way down! Half of them can be seen hanging out around the parking deck smoking. The customer service has went down as well. Also it is always over and hour for a very basic cut! Very disappointing considering this is representative of Aveda.
