I received great service from Jackie! I went to have my locks colored. Liz walks over and says to Jackie, "you know we don't color fake hair" I told my hair isn't fake this is my hair! I was offended that she automatically assumed because I'm afroamerican my hair is fake and she proceeded to touch my locks! highly pissed at this point you never touch anyone locks without permission.
