I had a wonderful experience with Hailey! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and my hair turned out beautifully. I was so happy with the results that I booked my next appointment before I left. Highly recommend!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I booked my appointment in March for the end of June and planned my schedule around it. Then, only one hour before my appointment, I received a call saying that one of the hairstylists was sick and that I would have to reschedule. While I understand that emergencies happen, what is completely unacceptable is being told that the next available appointment is at the end of October—meaning I would have to wait another four months after already waiting several months for my origina... read more
