Have been going to NV for almost 8 years now and have always loved my service. Juan and Holly have both cut and colored my hair, Veronica has given me waxing and the best facials and Nicole and Brian have both given me massages and body treatments. Can't say enough positive things about this Salon Spa. I used to live in New York City and have traveled the world over. Please don't go there! – My bangs are uneven. Did NOT give me what i asked for. no layers, parted my hair on the wrong side. The man even cut his own finger in the process! Save yourself $75 and go somewhere (anywhere!) else!

Go somewhere else – Rushed, very sloppy and almost painful. Not even close to what I asked for and the whole experience was terrible. Stylist was grumpy and angry the whole time. It felt like she took out her anger on my head. I've never been poked by the stylist’s nails or felt like I was about to be cut every other snip. Called afterwards to complain to owner and he did not say much except he would talk to her. I said I would have to go elsewhere to have it fixed and he did not even offer to have another person re-cut... read more
