Was in an accident where I hit my face into a parked car. I think they are trying to get ahold of your car insurance information to run a scam on that. I received 10 stitches and had a CT scan and was out of the hospital in 30 minutes and they said I owed $16,620.00. I gave them my health insurance number and they said they had "Neighborhood Health."

Excessive calls to myself and my emergency contact which is extremely inappropriate. They also sent mail to my home despite telling them to stop contacting me. I had to block their phone numbers that’s how often they were calling!

Have received numerous calls/voicemails from people from this company claiming to be "insurance coordinators for ______ hospital" (the hospital I received care from). They also somehow obtained information for the person I have listed as my medical emergency contact and have called them several times as well. It's scam. You may receive an email from them which require your information about your accident. Don't send any information or document to them, they will try to get your money. Always to ask your lawyer and your doctor.
