Excessive calls to myself and my emergency contact which is extremely inappropriate. They also sent mail to my home despite telling them to stop contacting me. I had to block their phone numbers that’s how often they were calling!
Have received numerous calls/voicemails from people from this company claiming to be "insurance coordinators for ______ hospital" (the hospital I received care from). They also somehow obtained information for the person I have listed as my medical emergency contact and have called them several times as well. The calls felt scammy so I contacted my hospitals billing department to ask about it and they have no knowledge of this company or why they're contacting me (since I don't owe the hospital any money) and advised me not ... read more
It's scam. You may receive an email from them which require your information about your accident. Don't send any information or document to them, they will try to get your money. Always to ask your lawyer and your doctor.
