The doctors that work at the Kingsley Ave Orange Park office need a new office manager to oversee their front desk receptionist who is an older woman with a snarky and rude attitude towards other women visiting the office for the first time.

It was like I never even went. Did not check my sugars or my blood pressure. Was in the room 2 mins. Was told I couldn't have anything for my toothache. Made me feel like a druggy. I have had 4 bypass and was out of my blood pressure medication. Nobody even checked my blood pressure. Worst place I have ever been too. Next time I will go to the er. By the way doctor was so rude. Bed side manners out the door.

Went there awhile ago and the Dr was a complete narcissist. The staff refused to get a PA (prior authorization) from my ins co to have my rx approved and i know FOR A FACT being in the medical field that this is common practice. Im sure its probably within their right to refuse making a simple phone call BUT it certainly isnt professional nor helpful. Without that PA the meds are over 700.00. I scheduled an appointment for today at 2:45 p.m. I arrived at 2:35 to fill out paperwork and then sat in a crowded waiting room watching people who arrived after me get called back. By about 3:30, I was frustrated enough to leave a negative review of the place on Facebook (just stating that people should expect to have to wait well past their appointment time, especially after talking to another woman in the waiting room whose appointment was 45 minutes before mine and who also had not yet been seen).
