I can only speak to the excellent quality of the Physical Therapist who has been working with my mother, in lockdown during COVID-19, and to the company's responsiveness to my phone calls and inquiries - EXCELLENT on both accounts. Roberto, my mother's PT has definitely had his work cut out for him with my mom who is an 18-year brain tumor survivor and who has been quarantined in her apartment at an Assisted Living Facility greatly impacted by the virus.
