When a nurse finally comes to the house they are very pleasant and professional however their communication before arriving is horrible. I asked multiple times to call a certain number and they kept calling the wrong number or no call at all. They didn't come on the days agreed on and we didn't receive calls when in route.
Great home health company with professional caregivers who go above and beyond. They are always professional and courteous. A big shout out to PT Pila and nurse Ron. They have become part of our community family. Thanks for all you do, we appreciate you
Doctor's Choice providers servicing my 89-year old mother for months are required to provide proof they are recently tested to be COVID FREE. The nurse wanting to visit today (10/23/2020) was informed I needed to see COVID free proof and he agreed. He even asked if he needed to go back to the office to get it and I said yes. A few hours later he call back and said he needed to reschedule because he could not provide me the proof. I agreed although the follow-up was to be immediate because she'd just return home from TGH.
