I use to work for Aveanna before the name was changed and there after for some years. I left the company to go to school and when applying to come back the staff has changed and are rude . I have applied several times and set up interview time and never received a call or information . This is not how this company use to be tan and I am shocked at the Culver City office on Bristol is where I worked from as hon office for years . Last year, I was reviewing vendors and interviewing all of them to decide which one to choose. When I called Aveanna, Carlos answered the phone and his professionalism immediately stood out. He spent about 45 minutes with me and clearly explained the entire process and how the company operates. I ultimately chose Aveanna for my personal assistance hours because of Carlos’ professionalism. Customer service is lacking to say the least. They take several days to address simple issues. They did not pay me for several weeks (illegal) over an accounting issue. Then, they treat you and speak to you disrespectfully when you ask for updates. Quite the awful experience all around.
