In May of 2023, we met with representatives from Aveanna in the NICU at CHKD hospital. One representative was showing me how to use the G-tube supplies and bringing us the items we would need at home. We were preparing for discharge. I was also informed they had a nursing program. The other representative who was with her was the inpatient representative for the nursing side. We arranged to meet at my home to go over the nursing program they offer.
