I have been using home health agencies for my 5 year old son since he's been born and Aveanna has been the best one I've used this far! The office staff is very friendly and helpful! The nursing staff is wonderful as well, nurses come and go but most of the ones we have encountered have really cared for my son in a professional yet also compassionate manner! If I could recommend any home health agency in the Fayetteville/Fort Bragg area, it would be Aveanna!
I’m giving Fayetteville Aveanna five stars. My son has been with the company since 2017 when he was 1 year old. It’s definitely hard for me to trust anyone with my kids. I addressed my concerns, wants, and needs at the initial consultation. The ladies followed through with making sure they granted my wishes. They also made sure to try and pick nurses that would also respect my wishes and scheduling needs. I can say I have not had a hard time with any of the nurses or scheduling. Excellent company! My daughters nurse is amazing and loves her like her own! I finally feel comfortable having a support person who really cares. Any issues with the company that have ever risen were handled and during a global pandemic I never ran out of hand sanitizer for my immune comprised daughter!
Aveanna is a wonderful agency for great care for your loved one in their home environment. The nurses are professional, knowledgeable, and skilled in their profession. I would definitely recommend them for friends and family.
