Go to a different company yall my son been with them for five years and started having problems last year and they act like they care and now we having problems again I’m looking for a different company asap
They are all unprofessional and they be lying. They are not what they say they are…they talked to my mom who have dementia and went off her case with her response. A worker was there on her phone talking and my mom almost hit her head three times. She had on tights, hoodie and bonnet. Laying all in my mom chair that’s why Aveena called themselves trying to close my mother case out.
