The maintenance staff at Ave Tampa Riverwalk is outstanding. Their personalization, attention to detail, speed, and follow-up is consistent and thorough. I'd like to personally thank Luis and Ben for their assistance over the last few months; these men go above and beyond and always stop to say hello when we pass in the halls. Romando saved me from a hot summer night without AC by quickly attending to a request in the middle of the night. Every team member continues to impress me! :-)

We had the pleasure of living at AVE for two years. We moved in shortly after they opened, so the building was barely at 50% capacity. We got a great deal, first time tenants in our exact unit, place was spotless and quiet. Usually, a review like this would take a turn and some crazy story would happen with change of management or something. Not at AVE. After a difficult two weeks start to our lease at the AVE, the maintenance team Ben, Andres, and Luis were very cooperative in helping us fix the issues we found in the apt. They understood the urgency of everything I asked of them to get done to better our stay here in this great apt building. Also, to Thomas, our leasing agent, who we’ve asked for much guidance to begin our journey here was extremely helpful.
