I’ll admit, I came to this office rather hopeless. I got tinnitus from being allergic to the chemotherapy drug cisplatin which was administered for my 2020 head and neck cancer diagnosis. My cancer was cured but my hearing was decimated. For a couple years after my cancer-free diagnosis I was just happy to be alive. Sylvia is wonderful! She is professional and caring. The office is so clean and we are so lucky to have her as an addition in Ave Maria. Such professionalism and convenience are a win win.
Sylvia was very patient and helpful throughout my grandmothers visit. My grandmother was very pleased that she could hear very CLEARLY for the first time in many years.
