Terrible.. I bought my 11yr old daughter here for 2 french braids.. the lady told me it had to be 4. I showed her a photo of exactly how I wanted it.. I came back she did nothing like the photo she took it out 3x b4 it was corrected.. my daughter is in tears because her head hurts from being over worked.. GO ELSEWHERE.. WE WILL NEVER RETURN
