Lived here from 2022-2024 and had a great experience. The apartments and amenities were well kept and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and responded quickly to any issues that popped up. My husband and I recently visited Dallas and stayed at The Ave for a 4 nights stay and the apartment complex is still wonderful. Check in and out was incredibly easy and the unit we stayed was very clean. I cannot recommend The Ave enough!
Mr. Crump is an excellent technician! Service is absolutely outstanding and he is a very professional person!
I love this place and how hospitable, prompt, and attentive they are! Andrew is very nice prompt and friendly with his communication. They have different events for the community and there’s a little bit for everyone to enjoy. Dave came to the apartment and fixed my sink the other day. He was very informative and efficient, thanks Dave!
Excellent property with top notch management and housekeeping team . Always proactive and professional O’Neal from maintenance team helped us a lot . Very helpful and support
My team can range from 10-30 guys at any point, and we have travelled the last 4 years all over the country, and this was hands down the best place to stay. That’s the #1 spot out of 12 others. Andrew and Amanda are so flexible and accommodating. Great place, great amenities, and very safe. Would highly recommend anyone to stay there!
