Almost two years here & everyone from the office to the maintenance team have always been so accommodating. Jerry, from maintenance, showed up quickly & knowledgeable! Fixed our issue & kept a professional & friendly atmosphere. So thankful for everything & everyone for making this a safe & reliable place!
I was disappointed with my stay — the apartment was clean and had a big closet, but it was very noisy (close to the roads and you can hear the neighbors), and there was no convertible bed in the main room. Plus, you are far away from Las Colinas Center if you do not have a car. Maintenance was poorly managed too: they closed the pool during the hottest weekend in March to fix a light, leaving it empty and dirty for three days. We’ve been living here for almost 10 months and everything has been amazing from the management team, to the well maintained complex and the incredible maintenance service. We’ve been living pretty comfortable here! We rented a two bedroom apartment for two months and could not have been happier. The property is so well maintained and the staff could not be nicer. Shout out to Andrew and Graham. Any needs we had were met with a smile and handled immediately. They could not have done more for us. They offer a few monthly activities for the tenants to engage in and meet up. The place is centrally located and the grounds were beautiful. I would definitely recommend and return. Thank you Ave. We were grateful to find you!
