I had an outstanding experience with Graham (Property Manager). From the very beginning, he made the entire leasing and move-in process seamless and stress-free. His exceptional professionalism ensured that everything was completed on time while proactively guiding me through each step and reminding me of necessary actions. Andrew (Resident service manager) was incredibly responsive and efficient, swiftly addressing any concerns I had and ensuring a smooth stay.
While I didn't end up renting here, my tour experience with Graham was top-notch. It was by far the smoothest, most informative tour I had during my search. The apartments were clean and quiet.
The service that Dave Crump provides when answering our maintenance reports has been excellent, always with a good attitude and kindness, we are very happy in general with the entire customer service team, thank you!
