Charged me extra fees to detail clean specific things (kitchen cabinets fridge and baseboards) in my home and did not do them nor refunded me for the things he didn’t do. William was prompt in initial communication, provided a fair estimate and showed up on time. My carpets and sofa look brand new, which was quite a feat considering my dogs have done quite a number on them. He is totally professional and efficient. Highly recommend.
