We hosted our child’s 2nd birthday here and it was an absolutely smooth and joyful experience from start to finish. From the moment we inquired, Demetrie and Brittany were responsive and helpful. The venue itself is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out—perfect for accommodating both adults and energetic toddlers. We had about 70 guests, and it never felt crowded. Everything that we needed was there for us, nice venue you can rearrange anything and everything how you want it. Having the portable bar was amazing , tables chairs all in one what else can you ask for . You can bring your own food and drinks ! very nice and clean venue. Everything is around and there are so many close by stores to do last-minute runs. I had an amazing party and I would definitely book again thank you!
Just hosted my daughters first birthday at Ave25twelve. The space is beautiful and just what we were looking for! Capacity is 80 however we had about 50 with room left for gift/food tables, a balloon arch and a bounce house for the kids. Our guests had a wonderful time! The owners are so nice and very easy to work with! I highly recommend!!!! We will definitely use their venue again! For parents: it is important to know there are no high chairs or baby changing stations in the bathrooms.
Event space was everything I needed for a birthday party that I hosted! Everything was very efficient and very professional from start to finish! Great customer service from the owner as well and was making sure everything was together and ready for the event as well GREAT JOB AND WILL BE COMING BACK FOR SURE, thank you again Also had enough space for a mechanical bull as well
