I had AVDG update and improve my Control4 system. Everyone whom I dealt with was responsive, timely and professional. In particular Jamie, who installed the system, is the best of the best. It's hard to find people like him. Highly recommended.
My Control 4 system went down and the original company that installed went out of business. My partner found this company and I am so grateful. The call was scheduled--Erik the technician showed up on time. Explained the challenges of an 11 year old system and was able to get the system up and running in under 6 hours on site. Erik was able to go above and beyond to repair what was initially reported for as we fixed one issue--we found another. He was calm, professional and gave me his full attention.
