I had AVDG update and improve my Control4 system. Everyone whom I dealt with was responsive, timely and professional. In particular Jamie, who installed the system, is the best of the best. It's hard to find people like him. Highly recommended.
My Control 4 system went down and the original company that installed went out of business. My partner found this company and I am so grateful. The call was scheduled--Erik the technician showed up on time. Explained the challenges of an 11 year old system and was able to get the system up and running in under 6 hours on site. We can't say enough positive things about AVDG. When our internet went down, while the kids were e- learning it is stressful to say the least. It was the weekend and Malcom from New Hampshire was so patient and kind and helped us step by step to get everything back up and working. He was able to do that all remote.
