I had my roof replaced with Avco almost three years ago. Today I had Andrew & Tyler come out to do an inspection for me after I was concerned about some spots I was seeing. Not only did they do a full inspection and assure me the roof was just fine, but they also walked me through what may be a problem with my vinyl siding. Super friendly and personal guys that made you feel comfortable and confident in what they were saying! Highly Recommend!
Cade and his crew responded to text and phone calls fast. Job well done and the quality of work and materials was above expectations.
Initial communication, transparency, and craftsmanship issues arose while using AVCO. However, once I addressed my concerns, I was assigned to a Quality Assurance rep “Alex Echeverria”, who ensured all craftsmanship related issues were addressed with the proper corrective measures. Roof repair is now complete and I am satisfied.
Do not use this company for anything Do not give them your insurance check head of time which they will ask for it. my mistake is to give my check to person(tom) and it's been almost 12 months after hailstorm and my house is not finished as the company promised Good luck hiring this company I am done dealing with this people, because I let my lawyer deal with them
