I absolutely love my new home in Pahrump, Nevada! It’s a one-story with 9-foot ceilings and vaulted ceilings in the main living area, and it feels so open and bright. AVCO really knew what they were doing. The quality and attention to detail are obvious everywhere you look. I have been living in my new house for 9 months now. There’s no words to explain the word Home. I am forever grateful to both Maddex and Scott who made it possible to create my new home. Avco builders did an excellent job from start to finish on our new build. Maddox worked with us at the beginning to reconfigure our house design, pick out our cabinets/fixtures as well as making sure it all came together. Renee was so kind and provided all the paperwork that needed to be done within their office. Scott was awesome with making sure the house was getting everything it needed and more.
