I used Mr. Avchen when closing on a townhouse as the seller in 1977. After that I had one more task for him to do a couple years later. I asked Mr Avchen to help me in putting a lien on someone’s home in the amount of $3000. Come time for this person to sell their home their sale went through and I never got my $3000. Despite the fact that I have warned Mr Avchen, in advance, that it looks like the sale was going through without the consideration of the lis pendence, he didn’t care about my heads up and I lost out on $3000
