I stopped here briefly in my small plane and it was one of the worst experiences ever at an FBO. I was treated with disdain by the counter girl and she didn’t want to tell me where the pilot lounge was. Then got huffy when I didn’t understand that the so called “security fee” meant that if you park your plane and walk through the door you are literally locked in until you pay the fee explaining that staying even a minute the fee is due. The bummer is there appears to be no alternative at KPIH and I do need to start routinely... read more
