It's all about money, they won't help you even I if your dog is dying, they want the money first!
My 6 month old husky seemed to have ate a foreign body, we took her there at 11 pm on a Friday after takimg her to Bandield. Here the staff was incredibly nice and fast. Prices were AWESOME, we live in Boston and it was a long way, but my dog got really good care. They had her there for 24h and then they constantly checked up on her, calling often and making sure she was okay. I LOVED the service. I am certainly comimg back and suggest anyone who is thinking about it to do so.
When somebody calls to say they are bringing their injured cat into the Concord location you might want to tell the location is closed before they get there .
Kelloway had to closed Concord permanently. To many complaints with the vet board and a Class action lawsuit has been filed against her she can't get any help no one wants to be associated with her bad reputation. Be aware she owns the one in Manchester to. They are not board certified if you love your pet do " not" go there you might be lucky and your pet will come out alive. Thank you so very much for taking so good care of Cubby this weekend. He was indeed very sick with a urinary blockage and I really appreciate the quick and great response in diagnosing his problem and treat him. He is home now and looks great I will definitely come again with any of my 4 pets if we have an emergency and my regular vet is closed. Thanks Dr Kelloway and staff
