Avauxco never answers the phone. I had an appointment window from 12pm to 4pm. Nobody showed up or called me to let me know what was going on. I immediately contacted Lowe's Customer Service Department. Lowe's called Avauxco, but nobody answered. I'm wondering is this a legitimate company.
0 Stars! My $5,000 Samsung Chef Collection refrigerator, bought at Best Buy in 2016, has a faulty ice maker that has already been replaced once under manufacturers warranty. There is actually a class action lawsuit due to this problem. I bought an extended warranty on this appliance simply because it was such an investment and it turns out that was a well spent additional $400. It stopped working again and Geek Squad, who handles extended warranty repairs for Best Buy, sent out a tech from Avauxco. A nice enough guy but... read more
Don'y know where to start with these guys. Steer clear.
No one answers the phone-- ever! Waiting six weeks on a small part!
Avauxco never answers their phones. They were sent out to do warrenty work on my refrigerator. The guy didnt have the correct part so he went to put the fridge back but when he did he tore my floor. I've been calling them since before Christmas and still havent heard anything from them. Now I have a broke refrigerator and a torn vinyl floor.
This company sucks and Lowe’s extended warranty does also. They sent a guy out he look like he was lost. He ordered a part and it was the wrong part. They sent a second guy out with the part it was wrong. I called Lowe’s to cancel the extended warranty the representative said Avauxco said my freezer was up and running!!!! All lies I had it fixed by another company. The guy from the other company went right to the problem inside of the freezer. Avauxco guys were looking on the outside of the freezer! SMDH
i was referred to the company from my home warranty, i was given a service window of 8-12pm, i was also told i would be the first stop when i confirmed the appointment, when i attempted to call at 9,10, and 11 am to find out the status i could not get thru only a voicemail, so i decided to google the company only to find the same phone number and other similiar reviews. horrible customer service..
Still waiting on paid repairs....now not answering calls. Stay Away!!!!! Had the charges from credit card reversed. Glad I'm not out of any money.
Avauxco was contracted by Home Depot under the extended warranty I bought with my new appliance. After the second visit from Avauxco, the technician left with the appliance in a worse state than before he started. Not only did he not know how to perform the job, he also used a power tool on a small screw and stripped a torx screw head. He left without informing the plan to fix the dishwasher.
