I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company, which was assigned by my home warranty to fix my AC. I would not recommend them to anyone. In May, my AC stopped cooling. The technician came out and said I needed to pay out of pocket to have the outdoor unit cleaned since it wasn’t covered. I paid for that, but the system still didn’t cool properly. My cousin made an appointment and they didn’t show up, nor did they contact her or answer when she attempted to contact them. Very unprofessional. It’s summer time in Houston, AC is a necessity not a luxury. Abandoning your customers during the hottest season of the year isn’t cool. Do better.
We called our warranty company on May 25 about our air conditioning not cooling. Jonathan texted on May 28 and asked if someone would be available between 6 and 8 and we said yes. He came and said our AC needed a bigger motor and that he would check to make sure it was covered and order it. He leaves and we don't hear back from him. So on June 2, I texted him and he said would check on the parts tomorrow. So I texted him on June 4 about the status of the parts. He said he should be back the next Monday or Tuesday.
