Customer service from Jonathan was terrible. I will NEVER use this company again. Avatex partners with Home Depot to do fan installations. When I called to see if they would honor taking a faulty fan down, that they had just installed, he said no and proceeded to tell me that I had disrespected him and called him stupid then hung up on me. Neither of those things happened. He never offered a solution, only that I could pay more for them to take the fan down and then charge again to put another back up. Jhonatan and his crew were so quick to assist us with our AC going out on Christmas Eve Wednesday. They were ready to replace our entire unit by Friday. They were efficient and very professional. Definitely recommend.
This company was dispatched through home warranty company for my son's home.They called to make an appointment and gave them a time frame between 12-4pm they would be there! They never showed, never called, never returned calls or texts.
They take pride in what they do and I would love to keep them as my electrical person to do the job
